Plaque:
The plaque is made of separate ceramic tiles that are mounted in a slimline
frame and displayed in a beautiful
American Oak border. Up to seven 4" H numbers can be
ordered. The numbers are fired on the ceramic tiles for permanence.
Oak Frame:
The frame is made out of one of the finest hardwoods: American Oak. The wood
can be stained, varnished, or painted. No tools are necessary for installation.

6" H x 3" W x 3/8" D
The width of your plaque is dependant upon the total number of tiles
(maximum of seven).
