FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: 

How long will it take to receive my order?  We have information on every product that gives the turnaround time. It is below the price information.  The turnaround time depends upon the product. 

Our aluminum plaques are a good example of a product that takes longer to make.   The plaques are hand-made in the USA. The liquid metal is poured into molds. When it sets, they are hand-trimmed and finished. Then, several coats of paint are hand-applied. Each coat must dry thoroughly before the next is applied. They aren't a "shelf" item. They are hand-made upon placement of the order. They are made the "old-fashioned" way, in an American foundry.

Why do you charge for shipping under $150.00? Because shipping is expensive. We are still in business because we make a profit. Some former competitors have closed because they didn't make a profit. We receive calls from customers who placed orders from companies and the order never arrived and no one responds to their emails or calls.  We won't do that to you.

Why don't you keep credit card numbers on file?
We want your credit card number to be safe. We charge your card (your number is encrypted) in 1-3 days because the credit card companies recommend it.

Is your site safe? Yes. When you checkout, the "http://" will change to "https://" which means you are in a secure area. Also, the security images on the home page show that our site is audited for safety.

Do you keep my information private? Yes. We don't sell, distribute, or share your name or information. We treat our customers the way that we would like to be treated. 

Are you real people? Yes. It is a real person who answers the phone and a real person who sends an email. For the quickest response, send an email. We are delighted when you find "just the right thing." And, when it comes to the loss of a loved one, we understand because we have been there.  We want you to find the perfect item. 

How well do you know your products?
We know our products and will do our best to help you. If we don't know the answer, we'll get back to you. We don't use answering services that employ others who don't know our products. 

How do I know you will be there next year? We've been in business since 2001. We aren't going anywhere. And, we love what we do.

Are you a big company? We are small and intend to stay that way. We like our customers and want to know them.

What are your customers like? They are awesome! We are here to help and our customers are treasured.  

Do you make your products in Oklahoma? Our products are made all over the U.S. For example, they are made in Rhode Island, Wisconsin, Michigan, Minnesota, Iowa, California, Oregon, Indiana, Texas, etc. We are located in Owasso which is a suburb of Tulsa, OK. 

How do you pick your products? We're very fussy about that. Many manufacturers contact us about carrying their products. We have a checklist that includes this:  
1) It must be good quality at a reasonable price.  
2) We are sure our customers would like it. 
3) We would buy the product ourselves.
4) We prefer that it is made or personalized in the USA.  

I'm not very familiar with computers. Will you help me?
Yes. We'll help you find products and you can place your order over the phone.
