OurCornerMarket.com is dedicated to providing quality products at reasonable prices. We sell only those products that meet that criteria and we sell only those items we'd like to buy for ourselves or give as gifts.

Security and Privacy

Shopping at OurCornerMarket.com is very safe. We don't share any of your information with others. Your financial information is encrypted and cannot be decoded or stolen by anyone. We require additional information upon checkout to protect you. We never sell, rent or trade email addresses. When you are on the Order Page, if you use Internet Explorer, the address bar will show https: (instead of http) and a lock will be displayed at the bottom of the browser. That means that your financial information is protected.

OurCornerMarket is hosted by Yahoo. That means that the shopping cart and order processing is protected by Yahoo: Yahoo Privacy Statement.

ORDER PLACEMENT

Placing an order - Online or via Phone

Orders can be placed:

* Via phone (866 309-2013). This is a toll-free number

 You can pay by credit card, PayPal or check. If you are paying by check or PO, the order is processed upon receipt of payment. See Payment Details. See our hours of operation. We accept Visa, American Express, Master Card, Discover and PayPal.

If this is a gift, you can add a gift message to be placed on the packing slip. Sorry, we do not offer gift wrapping services. 

Steps for completing an order online

Placing an order on OurCornerMarket is easy.

  1. Fill out the fields on the product's page (if there are any fields to complete or features to select, such as color).
     
  2. Click the ADD TO CART.  Your product will be added to the Shopping Cart.
     
  3. If you want to add another item, click KEEP SHOPPING or click the product name) to return to the same product. Repeat Steps 1 & 2.
     
  4. Click CHECKOUT.
     
  5. Complete the Order form and click CONTINUE.
     
  6. Click SEND ORDER button. You MUST click this button to complete your order.

Your order is not complete until you click the SEND ORDER button at the bottom of the order form. When you click that button, a page will display that provides your Order Number. You can also print your order from this page.

Order confirmation via email

After you place your order, you will receive a copy of the order via email. If you do not receive the order via email, please consider this:

1. Your email may have been entered incorrectly. Double-check your printed order to make sure your email is correct. If it is not, simply send us an email and we'll correct it for you.

2. Spam settings can block our emails to you. Please check your spam folder or bulk mail folder. If you haven't receive your emailed order, please contact us.

Changing an order

MODIFICATIONS:
If you want to change something in your order, send an email to info@ourcornermarket.com or call 866 309-2013. We will not make changes to your order via a phone call however. We require an email to document the change request. Changes should be made WITHIN 24 HOURS of order placement. We cannot guarantee modifications after that time.

CANCELLATIONS
To cancel the entire order, please refer to our Cancellation policy.

Paying for an order

We accept credit cards (American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa), Pay Pal, checks, money orders, and purchase orders. If you pay by check or purchase order, the order is processed upon receipt of payment.

a. Credit Card Purchases

Your credit card transactions are secure. All online orders are encrypted and send through a secure server at Yahoo! using SSL technology to prevent information from being intercepted. Ordering by credit card expedites your order and provides you with printed documentation concerning your order. Because many of our orders are special orders, we bill credit cards within 10 days of order placement.

b. Personal Checks

To pay by check, select that payment method on the Order form.  At the end of your order, a message will display instructing you to print your order. Mail the printed order with your check (made payable to OurCornerMarket) to:

c. Purchase Orders

To pay by purchase order, select that payment method on the Order form. We will process Purchase Orders from tax-free organizations immediately. Purchase Orders from taxable businesses will be processed upon receipt of the Purchase Order. You can mail the Purchase Order to us, along with the printed order, at the address shown above.

Printing your order

It's always a good idea to print a copy of your order. After you click SEND ORDER on the order form, there will be a link for printing your order.

You will also receive a copy of your order via email if you entered an email address on the order. And, you can keep this email as a record of your order.

ORDER PROCESSING

When your order is processed

Orders received before noon (CT) are processed on the same business day. Orders received after noon (CT) are processed the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend are processed on Monday.

Turnaround time

The AVAILABILITY statement with the product's description provides information as to when an order will ship. The stated turnaround time does not include shipping time.

Order shipment notification?

When the order ships, we send you an email with a link to a tracking number that provides the scheduled ship date so that you can watch for it.

NOTE: UPS charges extra for oversize and/or heavy items. We place the surcharge on the Order page so that you know the oversize charge will be added to the standard ship rate. That way, the lighter items aren't billed the oversize charge. We ship to the continental US only. 

NOTE: We cannot ship to PO boxes. Most of our orders are shipped via UPS.

Expedited shipping?

Yes, some items can be shipped via expedited shipping. If so, the extra cost for expedited shipping is shown with the product. You can select expedited shipping and it will be added to the product's cost. The standard ship rate will be added when you complete the order.

Sales tax?

There is no sales tax, unless the product is shipped to Oklahoma.

PO Boxes

We cannot ship to post office boxes. Please provide a street address to which UPS or Fedex can deliver.

Shipping time

Most of our items are shipped via UPS. Please note that we cannot make delivery date guarantees for shipping companies, so please allow time for shipment. Generally, it takes from 3-6 business days for shipment. If an order is undeliverable (e.g., shipping address is incorrect), we still must charge you for shipping and reshipping.

Shipping outside of the continental US?

We ship to the continental United States only. Some of our international customers have items shipped to friends in the US who can forward the item to them.

APO: We do ship to APO addresses. The shipping charge of $40.00 cannot be adjusted downward and may increase, based on the item ordered. If the item cannot be shipped to an APO address or if the actual shipping cost is higher than $40.00, we will contact you. We will provide a tracking number that shows the date and location of delivery. However, we will not guarantee delivery or replace items shipped to APO addresses.

ORDER PROBLEM RESOLUTION

Order never arrived

First, locate your product on the website and check the "Availability" statement above the price. That will tell you when it would usually ship. If that time has elapsed, follow these instructions: Send an email to info@ourcornermarket.com. On the subject line, enter "Status of Order 1234". If you have misplaced your order number, enter "Status of Order: Zip code 12345". Type your message and sign the email with your full name and address.

If an order is undeliverable (e.g., shipping address is incorrect), we still must charge you for shipping and reshipping. Please note that some items such as perishable items cannot be reshipped and must be repurchased. Shipping charge will still be applied to the order.

Item is missing

Sometimes orders with multiple products will ship at different times. If the "availability" time has elapsed, please contact us.

Wrong product is delivered

If you think that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product. Our contact information is: info@ourcornermarket.com or 866 309-2013.

Product is missing parts or is incorrect

Please contact us within 72 hours of receipt of the product. You can reach us at info@ourcornermarket.com or at 866 309-2013. Be sure to have your order number available. If not, your zip code and last name will suffice.

Product was damaged in shipment

Items damaged in shipment and items that do not match your order will be replaced free of charge.

COUPONS AND GIFT CERTIFICATES

Buying/redeeming a Gift Certificate

Please refer to the Gift Certificate page. Instructions for redeeming the certificate are included in the gift certificate email. Gift certificates are emailed immediately. You receive a 5% discount on your next order when you purchase a gift certificate. (The recipient does not see this information.)

Using a coupon

On the last page of the Order form, enter the coupon code in the Coupon or Promotional Code box. Click Apply. The discount will be added to your order. If you have any trouble, please contact us at 866 309-2013.

Copies of receipt/invoice

Your order that you printed or received in the Order confirmation email will serve as an invoice or receipt. If you have misplaced these, please contact us.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged within 1-10 business days after your order is placed. This includes orders for products that take longer to process (e.g., customized plaques).

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

Cancellations

All order cancellations must be received within 24 hours of order placement.

Return Policy

Returned items must have a return authorization code issued by OurCornerMarket. Please do not return your order to our administrative offices. We will provide you with instructions on returning the item, including the return address. There is a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs are not reimbursed. If items are returned without a Return Authorization Code or are shipped to an incorrect address such our administrative offices in Owasso, an 18% restocking fee (plus reshipment costs) is applied. Refunds are issued upon receipt of the returned merchandise and verification that it is in good condition. We will issue a credit promptly. However, please be aware that while most credit card companies issue a credit promptly, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Refunds are not issued for customized items, gift baskets, and flowers; items that sell for more than $75.00; and items returned after 30 days from ship date.

Emails from OurCornerMarket not being received

First, verify that your email address is correct. If it is, then Spam filters are probably blocking emails from OurCornerMarket, even if they are Order Confirmations. You may need to add us to your address book so that our emails arrive in your IN box.

Some email programs such as Earthlink and AOL sometimes place our emails in the "spam" or "bulk" folders. (We try not to take this slight personally.) So, try looking for our emails there.
