Memorial Rock with Etched Photo

The Memorial Rock with Etched Photo is ideal for preserving the memory of your loved one and displaying it in the garden. A photo of your loved one and your text are laser-etched in granite which is then mounted in one of our Memorial Rocks.

Etching:
The photo and and text are permanently laser-etched with precision into black granite. Our black granite is a premium polished granite that is light black in color and is 1/4" thick. The plaque is 8.5" x 11". The granite can withstand all temperature extremes.

Memorial Rock:
This realistic artificial rock can be placed in gardens or anywhere outdoors. It is made of cast stone which gives it the look and feel of real stones. The Recognition Rock has a hand-chiseled recess for displaying the granite plaque. A 250-cubic-inch internal urn can be added. The rugged castings are hollow, approx. one-inch thick, and open at the bottom.

The rock weighs between 50-60 lbs. but is an exact replica of rocks that weigh 800-1,000 lbs.  The Recognition Rock is manufactured from construction-grade GFRC cast stone to withstand freeze-thaw conditions and 9,000 psi (pounds per square inch) of pressure. The Recognition Rock features an anti-theft eye bolt system.

After the draft has been approved by you, the etched granite will be created and then installed in the Memorial Rock. The plaque will be placed horizontally, The price includes custom packaging and shipping.

Email the text and photo to info@ourcornermarket.com. On the email's subject line, enter your order number. (Example: "Order 1234 - Photo & Text Attached".

Photo: Select a photo that has a sharp focus. The photo should be 200 dpi minimum. (If you need help on that, just give us a call.) There is an extra charge for multiple photos on one memorial.

Text: The total amount of text, including spaces, should not exceed 200 characters. A maximum of 200 characters is recommended for the larger plaques. The smaller the plaque, the smaller the lettering. For text that is longer than 200 characters, there will be an extra charge.

- Upon your approval, your order will be processed (memorial etched into granite and installed in the Memorial Rock).
