To order:

1. Enter your monogram initial. You can also choose to have no monogram and use the scroll design as a replacement (see the inset image)

2. Enter your address. You can have a one-line or two-line address plaque.

- One Line: Holds up to five 3" characters or up to twelve 1.25" characters.

- Two Line Plaque: Line 1: Holds up to five 3" characters or up to twelve 1.25" characters. Line 2: Holds up to five 3" characters (if line 1 uses 1.25" characters) or up to twelve 1.25" characters.
