Large 3 Line Slate Wall Address Plaque

If you like our 12x16 plaque, but need something a bit larger, more decorative, then this plaque is perfect for you. The horizontal orientation works well for longer names and full addresses. It can be mounted on the wall, using 4 holes. 

The address plaque is made of slate that has been quarried in the USA. The raw slate is hand-cut and then is deeply carved with your name, address and customer design using a special sandblast technique. Next, it is painted with durable exterior  enamels and clear coated, creating a naturally beautiful and long-lasting house marker. Made in USA.
