All order cancellations must be received within 6 hours of order placement. Exceptions: Address plaques cannot be changed, modified or canceled after the order is placed (per manufacturer's policy). Cancellations must be requested via email. We will respond with confirmation of cancellation.
Returned items must have a return authorization code issued by OurCornerMarket. Please do not return your order to our administrative offices. We will provide you with instructions on returning the item, including the return address. There is a 20% refund fee, except for items beginning with the product code GM- which are assessed a 50% return fee. Shipping costs are not reimbursed. If items are returned without a Return Authorization Code, no refunds are issued. Refunds on items shipped from your address to the manufacturer are issued upon receipt of the returned merchandise by the manufacturer and verification that it is in good condition. We will issue a credit promptly. However, please be aware that while most credit card companies issue a credit promptly, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. If an order needs to be replaced (due to an error, damaged in shipment), we will replace the item at no charge.
Redirecting of orders after they leave the factory is not guaranteed and not recommended. If the tracking number shows that it has been returned to the manufacturer, we will provide contact information for you to contact the manufacturer directly if they agree. Generally, they do not keep returned items.
Please notify us within 30 days if an item arrived damaged or incorrect so that we can address the issue immediately.
Refunds are not issued for customized items, items identified as non-returnable in the product description, undeliverable items (example: incorrect address or shipping to a closed business, shipping to a business that is not open 8-5) and items returned after 30 days from order receipt date. Charges will be assessed for bas-relief cast drafts for bronze plaques.
Exchanges: A product cannot be exchanged for a different product. Instead, the product must be returned. If it is received in good condition, your money is refunded. A new order can placed for the other product.
