All order cancellations must be received within 24 hours of order placement. Exceptions: All products that have an LL- in the product code cannot be changed, modified or canceled after the order is placed (per manufacturer's policy). Cancellations must be requested via email. We will respond with confirmation of cancellation.
Returned items must have a return authorization code issued by OurCornerMarket. Please do not return your order to our administrative offices. We will provide you with instructions on returning the item, including the return address. There is a 20% refund fee, except for items beginning with the product code GM- which are assessed a 50% return fee. All products that have AF- in the product code cannot be returned per the manufacturers' policies. Shipping costs are not reimbursed. If items are returned without a Return Authorization Code or are shipped to an incorrect address such our administrative offices in Owasso, an additional 10% fee (plus reshipment costs) is applied. Refunds are issued upon receipt of the returned merchandise and verification that it is in good condition. We will issue a credit promptly. However, please be aware that while most credit card companies issue a credit promptly, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. If an order needs to be replaced (due to an error, damaged in shipment), we will replace the item at no charge.
Refunds are not issued for customized items, items identified as non-returnable in the product description, and items returned after 30 days from order receipt date. Charges will be assessed for bas-relief cast drafts for bronze plaques. Items cannot be exchanged for different items. Instead, it must be returned and the new item purchased as a new item.
