Bench, Personalized, Cast Stone

I ordered this unanimously, online for my sister who has cancer. The phrase I wanted contained 2 to many characters. I then reworded it and ordered it, (even though I wanted the original phrase). I then tried to call the company about the order but had to email them instead. They called the next day and the rep helped me to word it the way I wanted it and grammatically correct, (she was a rock star). Because the phrase contained the extra characters I asked if it could be done and if so if the cost would be more. I was told the company that engraved the bench would contacted about this. I was then told I would be contacted with the delivery time. The next I heard from the company was a email with the phrase I did not want on it. I called the company and spoke to the same lady who assured me the phrase was the one I wanted not the original one. When I got the email for the delivery date I waited to here from my sister that a stone bench had arrived. I did not hear anything from her. After about a week I asked my mom to call her to see if she received a package. Well yes she had. She received a package of large rocks, (the base), and wondered who would be sending her rocks. A few days later she received the top. Mystery solved. I was relieved that she did not throw out the "rocks" since they were sent before the bench with no indication what they were for. She and her husband were ecstatic about the bench and the phrase. She said they would always cherish it. They looked it up on line and could not believe how much was spent on it for them (it was on sale and was 54% off). This was a unique situation as I wanted to be unanimous. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the "rocks" could have been thrown out due to being delivered first and having no indication a top was coming in another order. I have not seen the bench yet but my sister and her husband are thrilled with it.

Q: Are the legs hollow? If so, might it be suitable to insert small waterproof containers with ashes?

A: You can enter up to 18 characters per line. When you type in a text line, it will not allow you to enter any more text. So, go to the next line and enter the text. If you need more than 4 lines, please select the large size under the Size Options. We recommend the font as Times New Roman when each line will be 18 characters. It is easier to read.
