SIZES & TEXT SPECIFICATIONS
Layout of
a well-designed plaque requires professional design experience. Our plaque
designers take particular care in ensuring that the appropriate font styles and
sizes are used to create the best plaque layout for you. For example, we will
use different size lettering for "flow" and
"emphasis". Your plaque is custom-made. Please contact us if
you need more text and we will work with you to obtain that goal.
PERSONALIZATION
SIZES:

8x3 x 10x2 size: 4 lines with up to 35 characters per line. One graphic
depending upon size and amount of text.
* 8x4 or
10x4 size: 6 lines with up to 45 characters per line. Up to two graphics
depending upon the amount of text.
MOUNTING ON BENCHES
We suggest
using blind mount studs (A) for most benches. You can also use two #6 machine
screws. The blind mount studs can go through the bench and secured with the nut
and screw. The studs be sawed off for the desired length. The blind mount studs
don't have exposed screws heads. It is recommended that rosettes not be used.
On a small plaque, the lettering has to be smaller to allow for the rosettes
and, in vandalism situations, the rosettes can be removed and only the glue
will remain on the plaque.
Graphics: Free Artwork
Depending upon the space remaining on the plaque after the
text is entered, one graphic can be added. A second graphic can be added for
$60.00. After you place the order and send the text, we will be able to tell
you if the graphic will fit. Due to the amount of work involved, artwork
is $24 if the order is cancelled after proof is received. Custom artwork (such as logos or a second free graphic) is available

PROOFS
We will provide a
proof of the plaque layout for your approval before it is sent to the bronze
foundry for casting. Unless specific layout is requested, our design
professionals will custom-design the plaque for you. Please note that we
reserve the right to charge for excessive changes to bronze plaque or marker
proofs as determined solely by us. Proof available in 3-7 days.
Rush requests: For an additional charge,
the plaque can be made in approximately 10 business days with another 5
business days required for shipping (unless overnight or express shipping is
arranged in advance). Please provide date of ceremony in the Comments
